This is truly a unique experience in Australian Sport. We are privileged to be able to provide this opportunity to experience golf at its highest level to a limited few. With only nine packages available it’s an opportunity not to be missed!
For the first time, TSWF Ambassador James Packer is kindly opening his privately owned golf course, Ellerston, for a charity golf day on Friday, 4 May 2012.
Currently ranked the 4th best course in Australia, only its difficulty has stopped it from being ranked higher! It is truly one of the world’s greatest golf courses.
Your day of golfing nirvana will begin with return travel from selected destinations in Sydney and Melbourne. Upon arrival to Ellerston you will be treated to a hot and cold buffet breakfast in the clubhouse before heading over to the practice facilities to prepare for your round.
The format of the day will be shotgun start to play Stableford Shamble Golf with the best three scores to count towards the team score. For those unfamiliar with this format, it is essentially Ambrose off the tee and individual Stableford from your second shot.
To keep up your strength we have three on-course barbeques to help get you through one of the most challenging courses in the world. After the round, you will return to the Ellerston Clubhouse to quench your thirst, relax and reflect on the course with the other groups.
Business Class flights to Europe with Etihad and four sets of custom fitted golf clubs from Titleist are just two of the many great prizes on offer.
Following presentations you will farewell Ellerston, taking with you a lifetime of memories and the honour of experiencing the most unique and exclusive golf course in Australia.
